finally bck to full fitness liao...hahz..dont noe how jiao lian can stand up to so many of his players sick..after me kingsley sick..han wei sick..kian jun little sick..aiyo so many people sick..anyway first training after my fight with the bloody fever was yesterday..woke up early do house work(JIE FASTER COME BCK..I CANNOT TAHAN LIAO)..after house work then prepare my bag fer training..reach sch then meet melson..then after that go fer dont noe wad thing is that..then mrs lee take our vertical jump high(YEA..my tan tiao is second best after augustine)..then go take hight n weight(sad sia..3 months liao nvr even grow 1 cm..!!but i lose 2 kg) after that went to warm up with justin (skills rusty liao..spiking like shit)..cant belive it..libero spiking better then me..!!! after that then sae chin guan come in the hall( All C boys stunt)..train our first ball(suck at that the most..)then augustine broke his own record..everyone laughed at him..hahz..after training that the best(N my favourite) part of training come liao..SPIKING!! yea..starting all my ball aeroplane..then slowly skill start to come bck..after melson go up spike 1 thunder then my turn..woohoo..double thunder..jiao lian sibei happy..after that the chin guan train our first ball fer jump serve..then after that train our formation..sianed hate that the most coz i was transfered from first spiker to second..sianed..muz wait half a round fer my turn to go in the court..finally i got my turn..!!! did quite well..but still not up to jiao lian standard yet..finally get to play with the B boys reserve(defeated them easily)..then the stupid chin guan go call B boys first team come play with us(KANNA tHRASHED is ShIt) HEng jiao lian in good mood or we go run or pumping liao..after that went home cook dinner fer my bro N me..then do house chores again..damn fucked up by my mother(haven finish 1 job then giv me another)..finally chat chat with frewns on msn awhile the go slp liao..
