Helloz everyone..didnt get to post yesterday coz i had limited time on the com...didnt do much yesterday except going for training..did the same as always..nvr really did anything differet accept being disiao by lewis..made me do the real pumping..now my both chest are hurting so much that spiking today was more difficult then usual..started my day by waking melson up at 7 then he told me to wake him up again at 7.45...couldnt sleep again coz my freakin' nose was jammed N i couldnt breath easily if i lay down..seriously fucked up..caused me sleepless nitez fer the pass few days..read a story book called "DOOM"..read until the most intresting part then i look at my handphone then realised that it was already 8.10..dress N washed up in ultra speed..didnt bother to call niki N ask if he was going fer training marh..ran all the way to CP to take 83 but then saw 83 juz left so ran to take mrt but also juz realised that my EZ link no money liao..bought the stupid green card then went to take mrt..reached punggol mrt station then i straight rushed up the first stairs i saw..ran to the interchange there then juz nice 83 reached..reached the stop outside sch then ran to sch..lucky i was still 5mins early N jiao lian haven reach..HENG ARH !! started training feeling damn fucked up..firstly got scolded coz i took the teams height N weight during warm-up time..punished by running 10 rounds of the parade square..felt really fucked up..it wasnt my fault at all man !!when i reached i ask mel N the rest fer their height N weight but they didnt care me N carried on toking about their fucking dota..after running straight went up to hall fer warm-up again..felt super thirsty N tired liao lorh..lucky jiao lian pitty us then let us hav water break after dui gang..drank as much water as i can..actually is drank as much H2O as i can..after went bck fer spiking..first spike was super nice..spiked jing yang on his bck..the next few was juz plain playing..didnt really jump high my chest was hurting like hell..after that slacked fer the other training items..didnt really did my best until playing match that time..got thrashed by B boys..didnt really cared coz itz normal fer this to happen..after that played match with B boys reserve..spiked a nice thunder..then jiao lian said the net was too low then ajusted it higher..after that cannot spike thunder liao coz i cant really jump today..after training went to econ to eat with justin..then he came my house to take the stupid maths homework that i didnt even bother to touch..justin said he will help me photocopy his answers..so damn happy..at least i can no need worry too much liao..after that went to shower then jumped onto my cosy bed to read my book..
