Elloz people !!! gotta say that today was like the worst day in my LIFE man !!! firstly ..reached sch fer training ..haven even reach hall then somebody say muz go run 10 rounds ..suay larh !! hear liao then straight sian !! slacked totally ..walk 4 rounds ,run full speed 1 round to make me breath damn hard like i run 10 rounds like that ..realise that no sweat so go canteen N splashed some water on my face ..go up hall then tio scold by jiao lian for dont noe wad fuck larh ..i juz come onli then tio this then he now still scold me say i change shoe very slow ..KNN larh ..i juz go up hall onli leh !! ..nvm start training then realise anders nvr come ..straight sian again ..finish warm up then do digging with kai wen ..realised that i today totally buang sia !! ..kai wen soft spike i also cannot take ..straight sian larh ..tried to force myself to play better but still cannot ..donnoe why sia ..after that then jiao lian call us do self digging N setting ..slacked again then go water break ..water break that time was like ..OMG sia ..my heart beat like pumping at a speed of 100km/h ..after that went up then train formation ..stood in the same position for almost 10 mins ..totally no change ..all thanks to PEH KAI YANG !!! i had to fly around the whole court juz to cover him !! ..fly until my knee injury come bck ..actually wanted to tell jiao lian i cannot tahan liao but after thinking if justin go in maybe will tio run if too many mistakes so i stayed inside ..fly fly then finally jiao lian let us turn a round after melson spiked a touch out on julian ..turned again when melson spiked 2 straight ball through benjamin ..after that was like cannot tahan liao larh ..knee pain then my stamina also killing me !! seriously muz stop doing some thing that can cause my stamina to drop ..now stamina really suck larh ..heng after a tiring 30mins we change then i go hou pai liao ..really cannot tahan liao so call justin take over ..then augustine suddenly not feeling well so jiao lian stop practice ..after that then played match with peh kai yang pplaying sub-set ,yan koon playing setter ..play play then like siao larh ..tio thrash like mad ..seriously no mood play ..next set play quite okay ..then next set also quite okay ..then 5 liao so ended training ..recieved the nationals schedule then was like so lost larh ..when did we become PGL ?? last time is always PSS then now change ..hais ..first match on 24 march against the fucking VS ..sae we are the most easy to beat team in the group ..EH VS ..u all sure we most lousiest boh ..if we win u all then u all go home drink your mother breast milk larh, SHUN BIAN go on your bed N pull the blanket over your head larh ..nvr see us play b4 dont anyhow say larh ..i noe u all U13 that time win us but we change alot liao ..brothers ,wan make VS take bck their words marh ?? Hahz .. gonna make a shout out to 3 people
1.AnDERS : muz come bck fer training faster ,i cant stand peh kai yang sia ..usually is u take the ball now become i take ..
2.AUGUSTINE :muz faster recover horh ..more use to your setting then yan koon ..
3.PEH KAI YANG : EH GAY !!! FUCK OFF TO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! TRAINING THAT TIME SAY U NOT HAPPY ISIT !! COME TOK FACE TO FACE LARH ..I MAKE SURE U WILL LEAVE VERY HAPPY ONE ..EITHER 1 PUNCH TO YOUR FACE OR 1 KICK TO YOUR DICK ..PAISEH ..FORGET U NO DICK SO ..1 KICK TO YOUR BLACK HOLE !! ..DOTS ..
